Deputy Project Manager, SAIC

About

Mica Gurley is a program manager in the defense industrial base with a background in project management, systems engineering, and policy analysis. Though she earned her degree in finance in 2012, it was the guidance of mentors that shaped her expertise in cost, schedule, and scope management. Over her 14-year career, Mica has developed a passion for precision, strategy, and the power of time as a critical resource. She brings a people-first approach to every project, blending efficiency, relationship-building, and results with equal parts capitalism and compassion. Mica is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and serves on the Young Professional Advisory Committee for the National Children’s Advocacy Center. Most mornings, you’ll find her at Old Towne Coffee, and on Sundays, she’s enjoying Jazz Brunch at the AC Hotel downtown.
