Megan Nivens-Tannett is the founder and CEO of Flourish Consulting Services, a marketing and consulting firm based in Huntsville, Alabama. Founded in 2018, Flourish helps organizations develop the brand strategy, positioning, and communication that support their goals.
Megan specializes in strategic advisory work, partnering with executives and leadership teams during periods of transition and growth. Her focus is brand positioning, organizational narrative, and stakeholder communication: the foundational decisions that shape how an organization presents itself, both internally to its employees and externally to its stakeholders.
Her professional portfolio spans the defense, aerospace, engineering, biotechnology, and nonprofit sectors. She is also deeply engaged in the Huntsville and Madison County business and civic communities.
Megan hosts SheBoss, an interview podcast series highlighting female leaders across the region. She serves on the boards of Fantasy Playhouse Children's Theatre and Academy, the City of Madison Small Business Advisory Council to the Mayor, Madison CEO, and the Rocket City Space Fest Foundation. She is an active member of the Women's Economic Development Council and a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville's Flagship Class, L-35.
