Our members are local CEOs, business professionals, and influential community leaders from Huntsville, Madison, Madison County, and Limestone County. Our members are invested and active in this community, and most are politically engaged as well. Membership for the Committee of 100 is by invitation only and at the approval of the Board of Directors.

About
Mary Ellen Judah is Executive Director of Neighborhood Concepts, Inc., a Huntsville-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods by advancing housing and economic opportunity so all may thrive. Under her leadership, NCI develops affordable housing across the Southeast and manages the North Alabama Revolving Loan Fund, a U.S. Treasury-certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
With over 35 years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Mary Ellen brings deep expertise and commitment to community development. A Huntsville resident for almost 40 years, she serves on the boards of Fahe, Opportunity Community Capital, Building Alabama Reinvestment, and Collaborative Solutions, as well as various local boards and advisory committees connected to her profession and interests.
