Our members are local CEOs, business professionals, and influential community leaders from Huntsville, Madison, Madison County, and Limestone County. Our members are invested and active in this community, and most are politically engaged as well. Membership for the Committee of 100 is by invitation only and at the approval of the Board of Directors.

Kyle Findlay
About
Kyle Findlay has called Huntsville home for years and takes real pride in a community that continues to invest in itself. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Lincoln Village Ministries, previously served as board chair of YBL (now rebranded as Vantage), and completed two terms on the board of the Huntsville Botanical Garden.
He's also volunteered with the Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce for several years, was an early member of Downtown47, and is a graduate of Connect Leadership Class 7 in Huntsville/Madison County. Kyle is active in leadership and service through his local church, and values the chance to build relationships with fellow members through the Committee of 100. Having benefited greatly from mentors along the way, he enjoys pouring back into others whenever he can.
Professionally, Kyle is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Keel Point, where he works with families on long-term financial planning. He's drawn to work that's ultimately about people and relationships — helping clients think through what matters most to them and turning that into a real plan.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys sports, music, and staying active. He and his wife, Luciana, live in Huntsville with their daughters, Clara and Vivian.
