Emma Baldwin is a commercial specialist at Mott MacDonald based in Huntsville, Alabama, where she works with commercial managers across three US business units on risk appetite, pricing, and operational improvement. She spent the previous three years as an Enterprise Risk Analyst at the firm in London, England reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and leading initiatives like implementing the company's first set of key risk indicators. She holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in Economics from Davidson College, and is a certified practitioner in Enterprise Risk Management through the Institute of Risk Management. Beyond her day-to-day role, Emma is Strategy Head for Mott MacDonald's Global Early Career Professional Network, representing over 8,000 young professionals across the globe, and her work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Newcomer of the Year at the CIR Magazine Risk Management Awards. Outside of work, Emma’s interests include art, French language, plants, recreational sports, history podcasts, church, and spending time with friends and family.
