Emma Baldwin is a commercial specialist at Mott MacDonald based in Huntsville, Alabama, where she works with commercial managers across three US business units on risk appetite, pricing, and operational improvement. She spent the previous three years as an Enterprise Risk Analyst at the firm in London, England reporting to the Chief Risk Officer and leading initiatives like implementing the company's first set of key risk indicators. She holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in Economics from Davidson College, and is a certified practitioner in Enterprise Risk Management through the Institute of Risk Management.
