Elected Leader Luncheon with Chairman Rex Vaughn

Rex Vaughn is the Chairman of the Madison County Commission, appointed by Governor Kay Ivey in March 2026.  A sixth-generation farmer and lifelong resident, Vaughn brings a deep-rooted commitment to the community he serves.

Before leading the Commission, Vaughn established himself as a prominent figure in Alabama agriculture and industry. He is the owner of Vaughn Farms and president of Jeff Gin Co., and he previously served as Chairman of the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission. His leadership experience also includes high-level roles with the Alabama Farmers Federation.
